Mark Delegal
With almost three decades of experience, Mr. Delegal provides a wealth of legislative, regulatory and administrative law services. He has a substantial background in serving as counsel to insurance companies, hospitals, physician groups and other providers as well as advising local governments, Florida-domiciled businesses and business associations throughout the state. From advocating on policy for clients to voicing their concerns about issues of specific concern, Mr. Delegal provides personalized attention to thoroughly represent clients before numerous Florida government entities.
Josh Aubuchon
Mr. Aubuchon represents clients before the Florida legislative and executive branches on a variety of matters, including alcoholic beverages, property and automobile insurance, tort reform and healthcare. He has a solid understanding of how to effectively advocate on behalf of clients in both these branches of state government. In addition, Mr. Aubuchon assists clients in the areas of federal and state alcohol beverage licensing, and administrative and regulatory issues. He currently serves as the general counsel and lobbyist to the Florida Brewers Guild.
